Full Term Stacking
Full Term Stacking is a sentencing term (used in California felony sentencing) that refers to a fully consecutive sentence for a subordinate term, rather than the usual one-third of the middle term. An example is multiple counts of forcible sex crimes, imposed on California Penal Code Section 667.6(c) or (d). Full Term Stacking is also referred to as Full Term Consecutive Sentence, Full Term Stacking or Full Boat.
