AB 541

The AB-541 program is a three month alcohol education program for first time offenders convicted of a DUI (driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or both) in California. The cost of the program is approximately $565 and consists of 31 ½ hours of total participation hours. Proof of enrollment in this program is required in order to obtain a restricted driver's license.
