I was faced with 13 felonies and 23 years in prison. Shattered and scared. After 2 and 1/2 years from when my life fell apart, a dozen court hearings, and 2 years of house arrest, God used these three men to piece my life back together. It wasn't easy by any means. There were many highs and more lows. But I was constantly encouraged to remain patient and trust in the process. There is no doubt in my mind that this was a miracle. There are many clients out there that have not received the same level of grace. Why me?-- I will spend the rest of my life seeking that answer... Imagine a parent's fear when you get a call from your daughter that she's been cited with a misdemeanor at the airport for a keychain. This was my exact experience. I never imagined that my daughter could be facing serious legal problems over a gift from her grandmother. I received a call from a detective who was conducting a criminal investigation. The detective wanted to meet with me in his office. I was given little information except to say that I was a suspect in some type of criminal activity. I became very nervous and was aware that being interviewed by a detective was an intimidating experience to say the least. I also knew from talking to friends that the interview process can go south and that the tables can be turned against you. I contacted several criminal defense attorneys.
