Drug Paraphernalia

Drug paraphernalia is the equipment used in manufacturing, using, or concealing illegal drugs such as cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana and heroin. Some examples of drug paraphernalia include: plastic baggies, plastic film canisters, pipes, small mirrors, short plastic straws, small spoons (coke spoons), rolling paper, stash cans and bongs. Possession of drug paraphernalia is a crime in California and in most states. Possession of drug paraphernalia can also be charged as a federal crime.
