Conspiracy

Conspiracy is an agreement between two or more people to commit a crime. Conspiracy is a separate offense from the crime that is the object of the conspiracy. A person can be prosecuted for conspiracy even though he was not at the scene of the crime and did not play an active part in committing the crime.
