Attorney Client Privilege

The Attorney-Client Privilege keeps discussions between clients and attorneys from the public. The client holds the privilege, which means that only the client can give it away – can allow the discussion to be made public. It keeps the attorney from being able to reveal any conversations with the client, even when subpoenaed.
