Kenneth H. Lewis

Backed by more than 35 years of experience, Attorney Kenneth Lewis is dedicated to aggressively representing individuals who have been accused of serious crimes. While he possesses a wide range of knowledge and experience in various practice areas, he focuses the majority of practice handling cases involving federal crimes, misdemeanors, felonies, drug crimes, gambling cases, wiretapping, restraining orders, and appeals. In each case, he deploys efficient and effective strategies in order to protect the rights and futures of the accused. Because he has committed his life to criminal defense matters, he understands every angle of the criminal process and successfully represents his clients through arraignments, bail hearings, trials, writs of habeas corpus, and preliminary hearings.

His passion for standing up for the rights of his clients has allowed him to participate in hearings before the Court of Appeals and the California Supreme Court. His experiences have led him to lead large lectures for other attorneys and business groups of the law. In addition, he has sat as an arbitrator for Los Angeles County. Currently, Attorney Lewis serves on the Board of Director of the Wilshire Bar Association and is a member of the Criminal Courts Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the California United States District Court, Central District 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Tax Court.

Prior to joining Stephen G. Rodriguez & Partners, Attorney Lewis attended the University of California, Los Angeles where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree. Following his undergraduate coursework, he enrolled at Loyola Law School where he completed his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1976. Since then, Attorney Lewis has stood by the sides of those in need of seasoned and relentless legal representation.
